As Executive Director of Ashton Commons, I bring 20+ years of leadership experience in both senior care and health care management.  I have a deep commitment to enhancing the lives of seniors.  I currently oversee all operational, financial, sales and care related functions, ensuring that the Ashton Commons community provides exceptional care, support and a vibrant living environment for all residents.
I am passionate about creating a culture where residents thrive through personalized care, engaging activities and a supportive community. I am also a firm believer in fostering a culture of excellence in care while championing staff development and engagement.  
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and our dog, Oliver.  I enjoy hiking and kayaking with my friends and family, which helps to keep me balanced.
