Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm office hours. Evening Reality Tours start at 6pm.

Driving Directions:

We are located in Monarch Place 100 Brugh Ave., Butler. From rte 8 keep right at the light before the bridge entering Butler. At next light go straight and Monarch Place is first building on left.

Norma Norris

Norma Norris is a lifelong resident of Butler County. Her early professional career was spent as an account executive for local radio. In 2003 she entered the non-profit sector, leaving her career behind to help the community through the emergence of heroin on our streets. She founded the nonprofit Community Action Network for Drugfree Lifestyle Empowerment (CANDLE, Inc) Mrs. Norris developed the Reality Tour parent-child drug prevention program that has achieved evidence-based status and is replicated in communities in PA and in other states .In Butler County, the program partners with Butler, Mars and Seneca Valley school districts to serve families. She resides with her husband Charles in Butler, and they are the parents of three sons and proud grandparents to seven grandchildren.
