MEET OUR NEW HEAD BREWER
We’re excited to introduce our new Head Brewer Chris!
Get to know him:
• Favorite beer to brew: “It’s a tie for very different reasons. I love brewing both Pilsners and Hazy IPAs. Pilsners allow me to focus on precision, balance and tradition, while Hazy IPAs give me the freedom to experiment with new hops and products. There’s always something new to explore, and I enjoy building a toolbox of flavors to create beers that feel fresh and exciting.”
• Brewing philosophy: “I connect with the Czech philosophy; “The brewer brews the beer, but the tapster makes the beer.’ It’s a reminder that the final pour and presentation are just as important as the brewing process. Great beer is a full experience, from brewhouse to glass.”
• Go-to beer style: “Hazy IPA and Pilsners. I’m drawn to both innovation and brewing tradition. Whether it’s pushing hop expression forward or honoring the traditions that shaped beer around the world. Styles like Pilsners, Stouts, and Ales are more than just beers, they’re liquid time capsules that tell the story of where they came from.”
• What he’s most excited about here: “I’m excited for the opportunity to build something special by dialing in the beer program, bringing new ideas to life and creating beers that people are genuinely excited to come back for. What really stands out here is the food and the culinary culture behind it. Having a strong kitchen is such an important part of the overall experience, and it opens the door to creating beers that truly complement what’s coming out of it. On top of that, there’s a great craft cocktail program, so there’s truly something for everyone to enjoy. The team here has been incredibly welcoming, and I’m grateful to be working alongside such great people. It makes it even more meaningful to create an experience we can all share and be proud of.”
