Spectrum Fudge

My wife, Erin, and I married in 2007 and are blessed with 2 beautiful children, Caitlin and Jake. When Jake was diagnosed with Autism in 2015, we quickly immersed ourselves in the autism community. Spectrum Fudge grew from Erin and I's desire to help Jake and others with special needs prepare for employment. Today, employees learn how to make, package, and label fudge and other confectionery items at the factory. We promote personal growth opportunities for all who work with us.
