Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer serviceinside sales, and administrative support. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales activities, maintaining customer relationships, supporting daily operational tasks, and contributing to overall sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Relationship Management

  • Manage inbound inquiries, provide product/service information, and convert leads into sales.
  • Conduct outbound calls/emails to generate new business, nurture relationships, and follow up on warm leads.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and consistent communication.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
  • Track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Customer Service

  • Act as a primary point of contact for customer questions, concerns, and support requests.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, escalating when needed.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Maintain accurate customer records, quotes, invoices, and documentation.
  • Support sales reporting, order entry, and data management tasks.
  • Assist with scheduling calls, preparing proposals, and maintaining sales files.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance) to support seamless customer experiences.

Required Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or administrative support.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Professional and customer-centric mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience handling both sales and administrative responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with order processing, quoting, or invoicing systems.
  • Knowledge of the company’s industry (optional—can be customized).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour
