   The Total Rewards model will help employers navigate through the five generations of employees in today's workforce.  You will learn how the topic of benefits, well being & Engagement, Leadership Effectiveness & Support, Community Impact, Work Environment & Resources, Learning & Development, DEI, and Compensation are valued more in one area that others based on generations.  When putting together a comprehensive benefit package we must consider all of these areas.
