Ribbon Cutting: Volofit

Volofit is Ross Township's newest fitness studio! They will be holding their ribbon cutting and Grand Opening party on October 9th from 1pm to 5pm. Volofit is a 50 minute HIIT workout that focuses on functional fitness. All workouts utilize heart rate monitor technology while tracking results in real time. Volofit is truly transformative, their workouts and equipment change daily while balancing: endurance, strength, power and agility.  Join us for a tour of our new studio.  There will be workouts and equipment demonstrations, refreshments, vendors, a photo booth, raffles, face painting and even an appearance by SpongeBob!
