PITTSBURGH, PA  The world's most popular furniture store has arrived in Pittsburgh! On August 3rd at 9:30 AM Ashley HomeStore celebrated the Grand Opening of its new 62,000 square foot showroom located at 7215  McKnight Road in Pittsburgh, PA.  The store features Ashley?s latest store design emphasizing furniture, mattresses, and home accents that are displayed in a lifestyle setting to help inspire you to find your style. The store also features a seperate Outlet section inside the store that is one of the first in the Country.
 
The response leading up to this event has been tremendous, notes President Matt Schultz.  We're thrilled to bring the number one selling furniture store to the Pittsburgh area, and look forward to earning our customer?s loyalty, and becoming part of the community.
 
This Ashley HomeStore has currently hired over 50 full time employees and is continuing to hire for sales and delivery positions. Also, as part of a larger community outreach initiative during the Grand Opening, we plan to donate a portion of sales to provide mattresses to local children in need of a better nights sleep through our Hope to Dream program.
