Personal Branding for Small Businesses

One of the most frustrating parts of running a small business is having to wear many hats: operations, finances, marketing, communication, payroll, human resources etc. In addition, one of the most underutilized yet integral parts of a business is understanding their personal brand and how to communicate that to consumers effectively and efficiently. La Roche College departments of Communication and Marketing will host a personal branding event where students and faculty will consult with small local businesses to help craft and hone in their personal brands. 
 
Personal Branding for Small Businesses will be a crash course for business owners to learn how to: 1) identify what their brand is, 2) understand the tools at their disposal to foster their brand, and 3) learn the basics of how to communicate that brand through social media.
