Mr. Bill Flanagan is executive vice president, corporate relations for the Allegheny Conference
on Community Development and its affiliated organizations – the Greater Pittsburgh
Chamber of Commerce, the Pennsylvania Economy League of Greater Pittsburgh and the
Pittsburgh Regional Alliance. Mr. Flanagan will provide an update on the region.
Ms. Ngozi Bell was appointed Regional III Advocate by the Federal Government in November 2010. Regional advocates work with Federal, State and Local Policy makers and Leaders, Small Business Stakeholders and Small Businesses to help identify new issues and concerns around policy and regulations that affect small business owners, and they work closely with the chief counsel for advocacy.
